CSA AMERICAN NATIONAL-ORIGIN STATUS APPLICATION
& DOCUMENTATION OF DISCRIMMINATION FORMS 

The Southern Independence Association is releasing two NEW FORMS for our members and any CSA-American for establishing CSA AMERICAN IDENTITY under Federal National-Origins Standards:

1. CSA American National-Origin Status Form (PDF)

 

2. CSA American Discrimination Incident Report (PDF)

 

These forms help us document who qualifies as a CSA American (those whose families lived in the Confederate States or who descend from Confederate veterans) and to record any discrimination tied to our heritage.

 

Our goal is simple: To protect Confederate descendants from discrimination and to defend our monuments, graves, memorials, and history. If you identify as a CSA American or have faced unfair treatment because of your Confederate heritage, please complete the forms linked below and return them as directed. Thank you for standing with us and helping preserve our shared heritage.
